Watched my 6 month old son at a party for 5 hours.
 
Rose is amazing at everything she does. I was throwing a party and I needed her to watch my son while we were at the party. She got there on time and I showed up a bit late because I couldn't find anywhere that could blow up about 60 balloons for the party. I got there a little stressed because I couldn't get the balloons done. She immediately offered to take them to a place she knew for sure had helium and get them done. I had one hour before people were going to start to show up. I gave them to her and she left to get them done while I finished setting up the party. She came back and we had time to put them up before anyone showed up. When my son woke up she played and held him for the rest of the party. She changed and fed him as well. I never had to step away from the party once to take over. Later in the party I needed a screw driver and I took the chance that she might have one. She checked her car and she did! She saved my life twice in that party. She is always prepared. I didn't hear my son cry once the whole time. She was able to keep him happy and entertained. I really appreciate her work. I found out after the party that she had a family situation but stayed until the end of the party because she is wonderful. She didn't tell me until the end so that she doesn't ruin the party for us. She really is great at what she does and goes above and beyond.

2. Mrs. Anderson -

Rose cleaned my entire kitchen including the granite, but she did not clean the oven and refrigerator, she said that would be an extra charge.  She cleaned all of my shutters and window sills in the entire house. Rose also cleaned my hardwood floors, tile floors, vacuumed all carpets, cleaned all bathrooms including mirrors,  I have really bad allergies so she dusted every inch of the house and I could really tell the difference in the air quality.

Overall, Rose did a fantastic job, she was very meticulous and thorough with the entire house. I could not have asked for a better job as she covered everything.  She was also very organized and professional when we met the first time, covering and outlining everything she was going to do and asking what I wanted her to do.  I would definitely recommend Rose to anyone looking for a housekeeper, she was great!

Description Of Work: Rose did our wedding - photography and video recording from start to finish. She was very professional and creative. She video recorded the entire wedding in professional quality video. She photographed the wedding with top notch equipment and I believe that I got way more than my money's worth. She took great shots at many different angles and perspectives. She was very cooperative and her presence was unobtrusive and completely agreeable. Rose, literally took over 500 photos of our wedding and she took great care with each one that needed touching up due to anything and everything that warranted such painstaking attention. Her professionalism is superlative in every aspect. She was very courteous and respectful of each and every one of our guests. Rose made a great impression on my family and I recommend her photography services to anyone seeking excellence and integrity in a photographer. After the wedding, we went to a beautiful park that Rose chose with an immaculate pond to have our after wedding photos done. Rose knows how to select beautiful places and settings with awesome scenery for doing photo shoots. All of the poses she suggested came out great. I am looking forward to employing Rose to do another photo shoot for my wife, daughter and I in a couple of weeks.
The day went really well with Rose as our photographer. I'm very glad that I chose Rose to shoot our wedding photos and video recording.

My comments:

I thoroughly enjoyed the photographing and the videography of Elias.W's Engagement and Wedding. Everything went smoothly during the complete photo sessions. His family was very courteous and friendly and cooperative in any of my request, which made the photography and videography come out quite nicely. The members are such a happy couple and were such a pleasure to work with. I remember how easy it was to make them laugh. They were always on time and ready to make any changes in the posing to have the memories of their special day that will last them a lifetime! Thank you Elias W. for your honest evaluation of my reputation!

My additional Comments:

I remember what my father told me: "When building a Business, you need to build your reputation upon a solid foundation of honesty, trust and dependability and even if you build your Business underground, PEOPLE WILL FIND YOU, because of your genuinely honest reputation!" I believe that my father's words have proved to be true. The fact that I've done my job well and have exceeded the customer's expectations and knowing that I've gained their smile of approval, far outweighs any monetary value. Thank you Elias, for allowing me the privilege to be your Professional Photographer!

Rose babysat my three week old daughter, Gabbi and was absolutely wonderful.  Prior to watching my baby girl, Rose came out to my house and met me and my husband.  She was very professional during the initial meeting.  Rose presented her driver's license as well as all of her certifications without us having to ask her for them.  She also provided references and recommendations to us.  After meeting Rose, we were very comfortable with hiring her to watch Gabbi.  During the time Rose watched Gabbi, she fed her and put her down for a nap.  I returned home to a happy, sleeping baby which I was very grateful for.

Rose is fantastic and we will definitely be calling her again.  It is such a comfort to have someone watch your child that is reliable and truly cares about children and people.

I consider it not only a privilege but also an honor to be entrusted with Parent's most prized possession, their precious children.  J.G.'s sweet little girl was such a joy to be with. I'm looking forward to more opportunities of providing childcare for this family!

She came to clean my entire house.

Rose came to clean my house and definitely made an impression. She takes the time to get to know exactly what you want. She sat with me first to see what I would need cleaned and what I didn't need cleaned because I had told her there are some areas I didn't need her to do. She is amazing! She cleans in such detail. I have hired many people before and was never satisfied. I felt that they just wiped everything down and didn't really do what I was looking for but with her she really cleans every area in such great detail. I am very satisfied with how she cleans my house. I ended up having to leave earlier than I expected and I thought she wouldn't be able to finish but once I told her I would have to leave soon she started working faster and still finished everything I asked her to do with perfection. I have never hired anyone who cleans as good and as detailed as her. She really is great at what she does. I also like the fact that she shows her credentials and has credible references. I feel like I can really trust her to be in my house and not have to follow her into every room she cleans.

My comments:
This client is the kind of person that has a way of creating a comfortable atmosphere to where you feel at ease speaking with her and this makes for a great working relationship. I appreciate how she had all of the cleaning supplies that I needed to begin cleaning right away. She was very helpful by having specific instructions as to what needed to be cleaned. I have over 30 years of Housekeeping experience and I enjoy doing my best to exceed the expectations of my clients, as you can tell from Maha A.'s comments.

She came on short-notice and helps with the overnight feeding for the babies. She is a life saver for this new mom! The babies are well taken care of, and she gives me status updates on them before she leaves for the day. On top of that, Rose is very personable and easy to get along with. I know I can trust my babies in her care anytime. Thank you Carmen for your wonderful care! My comments: - This couple has 2 of the sweetest newborns! This couple had everything organized when I arrived, which makes my child care assignment go smoothly throughout the night. They even had a wall board for me to chart their feeding times and to see where we needed to make necessary adjustments. The bottles and all of the babies needed supplies were easily accessible which made everything go smoothly. What a fine example of having everything so organized! I'm looking forward to spending time with this family!!! :-) 7. G.J's Rating: 5 Stars! Rose is excellent in every aspect of her work. She came over for her interview an immediately took to the kids, and out kids became very open with her during her first visit which I have never seen before. She came over for housekeeping, and the "Queen of Clean" title from her other reviews is no exaggeration. We were going to start off with her just doing housekeeping till the kids go to know her and felt comfortable with her before we asked her to babysit. Seeing as how her and the girls hit it off right away I would feel comfortable and safe to have her babysit. Rose is definitely a keeper, and I hope to be seeing her often. 
My comments: Thank you for your kind words. ___ I thoroughly enjoy this family. Their girls were right on target in responding so quickly with enthusiasm, to my introducing my "Getting to Know You," plan of action that I like to gently introduce to little ones. For that, I give them an A+! ___ I enjoy what I do in that I completely immerse my heart, mind and soul into everything that I do for each family that I'm privileged to work with. ___ I'm looking forward to working with this family!!! :)

My Response: This child care assignment that I received a five star rating for was because I provided 24 hour child care for 2 children, ages 10 months old and 2 years old while dad and mom went on a 4 (four) day cruise. I was also able to do housekeeping while the children were asleep. I appreciate the fact that these parents trusted me implicitly, based on my high ratings from other parents and my reputation of exceeding parents expectations when it comes to providing the very best of child care. Thank you!!! 9. K.W's Rating: 5 Stars! It was back in August, but Rose came and watched our kids and she was wonderful. She and I had a couple of really good conversations prior to her working for us and I felt really good about having her. I never worried about my kids while we were out and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend her! 
My comments: I'm always excited to meet families and their precious children, which was the case of meeting this family! Their children were so keen on inventing things to do with the evening that I had such an enjoyable time and look forward to being with them in the future. I'd like to commend this couple for their hard work in doing a very fine job in raising their children! 
10. K.B's Rating: 5 Stars! Rose has been such a huge help for me and my son. When she started, he was 4 1/2 months old and he took to her right away! He was usually not so quick to warm up to strangers. She has been wonderful and sweet with him and is always thinking of things to do with him that I never thought of. When I've been gone, he's always cheerful when I come home. She gives me a full report of what he's been up to. Also, Rose is a tireless worker. She helps keep my house clean and is very thorough! She actually finds things to clean when my son is napping! We are so happy to have Rose helping us right now! 
My comments: First of all, this family is such a delight to work with! A major key point I like to bring out is that both parents are very loving and kind toward one another and others, which I've found to be a key ingredient that contributes to a child's healthy, happy disposition. When a child's raised in this type of environment, they can flourish and push the limits of what's expected of them pertaining to their early childhood developmental expectations plus, it helps in removing the obstacles in order for a child to achieve their best! Their son is ALWAYS eager to try a new activity which enhances his early childhood developmental milestones. Secondly, I also appreciate the opportunity to assist in the cleaning of their home as well. Just to see their happy smile of contentment for my assistance in cleaning is a joy and a pleasure. 11. S.J's Rating: 5 Stars! I'm a stay at home mom so I hardly ever leave my kids with anyone, but for now on if I do need a sitter I know just who can do the job, and a fabulous job at that! I actually called Rose to talk about 2 upcoming dates that I would be needing childcare and during the conversation I was telling her that I was sick and my mother was out of town so I was just trying to make it through the day. She was so kind to offer to come over and play with the little ones! I was feeling well enough to get some work done instead of resting, but I was so grateful that she came without any notice to help me out. They read stories, watched movies and played, we will be having her back here very soon! 
My comments: I had the privilege to provide child care for these 3 little ones and I thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time with these sweet and adorable children! They're so full of energy and will keep you busy having fun! I look forward to spending time with them again! 13. J.C's Rating: 5 Stars! Rose is an outstanding babysitter! She babysat my three children ages 8,9, and 12 and all three of them loved her. She taught them all to sew and they had a blast! She really took the time to get to know each child and focus on their interests. She kept my children entertained and engaged the entire evening. The television was never even turned on! It has been 3 days since she was here and my kids are still talking about her! I highly recommend Rose!

I thoroughly enjoyed these children! They are so sweet and very disciplined. It's such a joy to be with them and share a few Sewing ideas that will benefit them now and in the future! Rose watched my son for several Saturdays and was wonderful and never once felt my son was not being taken care of. She took him to the park and brought back wonderful pictures of him chasing around baby ducks, she would play with him in his playroom and just all around wonderful. She is very professional and really takes pride in caring for children. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Rose. My comments: When I first met this precious little boy, I knew I was going to have a great time, playing and getting to know him! I have always felt that I could learn from little ones, since they are so innocent, full of love and are so willing to share. When I took him to the park to see the baby ducks, we had such a great time!!! I photographed him chasing the baby ducks so he could have something to look at in the future, which will bring back fond memories. I look forward to the opportunity of spending more time with your precious son!!! 15. Stephanie.W's Rating: 5 Stars! Rose took care of my 3 kids tonight (3,8 &10). She was fabulous! I almost don't want to write this because I want to keep her all to myself! She was very courteous & professional. Without prompting, she showed me her driver's license & first aid/resuscitation cards. My kids immediately liked her. The icing on the cake was that she brought her own entertainment. She pulled her sewing machine & other supplies out of the car and gave my kids a sewing lesson. They had a blast (even my 10 yo boy), learned how to properly thread a needle, sew on a button. They were so excited to show me what they had done. What a wonderful feeling to know that your kids are learning something new & enjoying themselves and not just sitting around waiting for you to come home. Rose is a gem!!
 My comments: Their children are very well mannered! They were very eager to learn how to thread a needle and sew a button on their fabric and did such a great job!!! I enjoy being with them and look forward to sharing more Sewing and Art projects in the future! They're so much fun to be with!!!
